You will first need to soak a cotton ball in tea tree oil. Then, you should use a piece of tape or a bandage to secure the cotton ball to your skin tag and let it sit overnight. You should keep doing this every night until the skin tag falls off. However, you should stop this process if your skin experiences irritation.

Vinegar mix

This method involves soaking a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar. Then, you should add a few drops of tea tree oil on the cotton ball. After that, you should secure the cotton ball to your skin tag and leave it for approximately 15 minutes. When you are done, you should rinse the area with soap and water. You can repeat this process up to three times a day. It is advisable to not use the vinegar mix near your eyes.

Dilute tea tree oil

It is common knowledge that tea tree essential oil can be quite harsh when used in a concentrated form, leading to skin irritation. Therefore, it may suit you better to dilute it first with a carrier oil, such as jojoba oil or coconut oil. First, you would have to mix a tablespoon of carrier oil with a couple of drops of tea tree oil. Then, you can apply the mixture to your skin tag. You can apply the mixture at least twice a day until the skin tag falls off.
